Formula for Impact: Our Formula for Impact describes how Clubs and Youth Centers, individually and collectively, can increase our impact on young people. Our formula says that if we take the Young People Who Need Us Most and provide them with the best possible Outcome-Driven Club Experience, they will achieve positive outcomes in the priority areas of Academic Success, Good Character & Leadership, Healthy Lifestyles, and Career Pathways & Workforce Readiness. Program Experience: Members will participate in programs from each of the five Core Program Areas. These programs are meant to achieve specific youth outcomes related to a common discipline. They fit into and align with the Formula for Impact’s priority outcome areas of Academic Success, Good Character & Leadership, Healthy Lifestyles, Career Pathways & Workforce Readiness. The five Core Program Areas are: • Leadership and Service • Education • The Arts • Health and Wellness • Sports and Recreation Summer Program: Members in grades K-8 will participate in a variety of programs.
